Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV)

The HCV Program, or “Section 8,” is a rent allowance program funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The program assists low-income individuals and households, including Seniors and people with disabilities. Assistance is provided for the participants who secure housing within the community, with rent payments split in portions between the Housing Authority and the household.

Senior Reach serves older adults by offering in-home counseling by licensed clinical social workers for any Boulder County resident age 60+. The program provides the services at no cost.
